Rename the packaged skill identity back to browser-harness.
More robust CLI telemetry: skip the daemon ping when telemetry is off, log browser type (remote/local).
Suggest the cloud browser when no local browser is available.
Windows reliability: UTF-8 daemon logging with real startup tracebacks, per-OS Chrome profile discovery (incl. Beta/Dev via %LOCALAPPDATA%), clearer remote-debugging connection errors, and tolerate a corrupt auth.json.
