The online game at 'bbingo.xyz' has all the sounds. Just set the 'All sound?' option in the first screen.

The file 'bbingo_and_numbers_sounds.zip' in the folder above has the sounds of numbers and these are already laid out in the right folders.

The 'little' folder also just contains the sounds of the caller reading out the numbers ('bbsoundl.zip'). There is an option to only play these sounds of numbers when the caller is reading out the numbers. Set on this 'Hear numbers called out?' option at the top of the 'Sound' section of the settings. The other two nearby sound options ('Hear...') can be left off. 

By default, the sound files go in a 'bbsound' folder next to the game:

To hear the sounds, you can set on the options in the 'Sound' section of the settings

There is a file of background pop music at 'bbingo.xyz/m.zip'. There are also files of background classical music called 'mc1.zip', 'mc2.zip' and 'mc3.zip'.
