Run this command at terminal: sudo dpkg -i bgas_0-1_all.deb 

if you have dependency problem run given command: sudo apt-get install -f
Make sure your direct internet connection is working. 

After installation go to /var/www/BGAS/system/application/config

Open database.php

Change the database user name and password for login database
