To be able to retrieve informations in Wikimedia Sites, you must install Pywikipedia framework first, or anything that can retrieve a Wiki content page.

After this step, put the file(s) in your pywikipedia repository. And then installation is complete.

Alone, programs in this folder won't do anything. They just contain all-made functions to help you retrieve informations from infoboxes.
