BORG 1.8.1 Beta 3

- IMPORTANT: This release provides support for Java 8.
- IMPORTANT: This release requires Java 7 or higher.

1.8.1 adds a number of Caldav related changes and lots of minor bug fixes.
The Windows installer was switched to use Launch4j and is still being tested with various combinations of Java 7 and 8 that were causing issues with prior releases.
