Improvements:

implementing a scroll bar into the sidebar because menu items was not visible on a narrower screen
fixing control icons group at the top of the sidebar if the sidebar is scrollable
fixing control icons group at the bottom of the sidebar if the sidebar is scrollable
some bug fixes and code changes

Others

from now a new release number is in use supplemented with a Build number
tested on up to date Google Chrome (Edge too) and Firefox
adding URL to the developers name in the Footer text
updating language files

Known issues:

In Firefox, if the group of control icons is pinned to the bottom of the sidebar (the sidebar becomes scrollable), the scrollbar scrolls behind the area of the icons group
