Validation of the stand-alone engine against the R reference implementation (F2_boot.R v1.5).
  rval.R      - runs F2_bootstrap() for a JSON configuration and stores t0, t*, CIs, median, indices
  runval.py   - runs 36 configurations with R and with the stand-alone binary and compares them
  cmp.py      - compares one R/stand-alone result pair
  validation_summary.tsv / validation_table.md - results (identical bootstrap indices; max |diff| 7.1e-14)
Data: ref.txt/test.txt (v1.4 example), d2_* (slow, high variability, 9 time points incl. 0), d3_* (rapid).
Paths to Rscript and to the binary are set at the top of runval.py.
