Bioinformatics ODds and Ends

This project is a collection of bioinformatics tools, mostly written by Gord Brown.

Projects:

• bodeblacklist -- Given an input lane of Illumina sequencing data, this program generates a BED file of regions of the genome with unusually high read density. These regions are frequent sources of artefactual peaks in ChIP-seq, so it may be helpful to identify them and filter out reads (in both input and ChIP) that align to them.
