    is this program Apple compatible??? I have downloaded and installed from SourceForge. Although the program icon appears in my applications folder, when initiated the program does not run??? Any helpers?

    Latest beta version is very buggy. I have to say that AKU is better. Needs a little more development.

    I've been using a similar software called Akushaper, because it offers compatibility with a Hollow Wooden Board Template maker. Akushaper relies pretty strongly on most current versions of java, which Apple seems to be on and off about. I'd love to see Board Cad just totally blow Akushaper (no offense AKU) out of the water with a design function that creates individual ribs for the hollow wooden board maker. Further more, I'd love to see Board Cad or Akushaper make a cnc HWS software that works for the hobbiest.
