Downloads

  • Windows installer (.exe)
  • macOS installer (.dmg)
    • Note: After opening on Mac for the first time you'll get a 'Blur is damaged and can't be opened.' error. To fix this, run xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/blur.app to unquarantine it.
  • Linux binaries
    • Note: This now also includes the required VapourSynth plugins.

Note: To opt in to beta update notifications you can enable include beta updates in your blur.cfg found in your config folder. Any feedback or issue reporting on these releases is greatly appreciated :)

Note: Mac users, if you encounter render errors please open an issue. Reverting to https://github.com/f0e/blur/releases/tag/v2.35 should fix them as a temporary measure.

Changes

  • Fixed AMD GPU encoding
  • Fixed(?) macOS builds

(v2.41)

  • Fix blur amount from being set to an incorrect value when importing a config with a different blur output fps when blur amount is tied to output fps
  • Updated ffmpeg build & switched to the 'full' builds, will result in the installer becoming bigger but will fix parsing issues. For example, this fixes parsing of av1 recordings created through the Nvidia App.
