What's Changed

Fix multi-monitor overview bug (blur disappearing when external monitors are connected)
Fix multi-monitor panel bug (blur being the wrong size on startup, which was extra annoying I concede)
Fix error in colour effect making the pipelines crash sometime, so that I can customize my blur way better (I suppose nobody else than me use the pipelines at their full capacity LOL)
