User Reviews

  • Thanks for the program under a free open source license!
  • It does not have such a polished user interface as that of Zeromus and it does not offer increased functionality. It provides no increase in speed which might make it's basic functionality justified in old hardware. I found that it's executable took longer to load than iexplore and it required 277 Mb of RAM. It crashed when I clicked on a menu item labelled 'quickview' and crashed when I tried to open the BLC website from the history bar. It crashed while closing or opening (I am not sure which), then would not open without restarting Windows. You cannot reload the last session, choose a download location or import bookmarks. QtWeb Browser is a far more developed open source browser also based on the Qt framework and Webkit which really does offer speed gains for old hardware and supports the latest web standards like HTML5
