Mostly a clean up release. Almost no visible changes.
Fixed some buffer overflows

Added applause sound file that was lost in 1.4.0
Installer (and especially the uninstaller) now requests admin rights under Vista and later. The old uninstaller had trouble removing all files.
Game now looks it its own basedir (mostly Linux)

1.4.1 was never released for Windows. So it may be relevant too...

Uses PhysFS for file layer abstraction... at least partial
