Abandoned great UIs like KDE and Deepin in favour of the utterly featureless GNOME GUI. A promising legitimate contender to Windows down the drain because of a crap UI. The installer for the latest build from the blendOS website is also utter crap requiring an internet connection to even install. Even Windows isn't that bad. For some horrifying reason with the GNOME GUI my wireless adapter defaults to 2.4 rather than 5GHz meaning internet speed is terrible and thus far I haven't found a way to force it to 5GHz, this also means because the installer requires that you MUST be connected to the internet that it takes about six times longer downloading a load of files for the installation process.

I started the blendos installation from a flash drive, then the bootloader started, then there were several lines starting user session 155 blendos starting user session 156 blendos then a line about the graphical interface, and then a black screen and a quickly blinking cursor for 10 minutes, I had to interrupt the installation, I don’t know if it froze or what.
