bldndx Files

To install a deb version of the bldndx software, download the deb version
desired to some folder on your local computer. Open a linux terminal window and
use the cd command to go to the local computer folder where the deb version of
the bldndx software is located. In the terminal window, type "sudo gdebi
bldndx_{version}-1_amd64.deb" to install bldndx.  When you do this, you must be
logged in as the primary user on the system and you must enter the primary user
login password when prompted to do so.

Version 1.6.0 simplifies index options to -index={lft,top,bot,rht}{forc,auto}
and adds dynamic resizing of the image area with window size for new index
options and adds click to show detail for all auto index styles and better
centering for all forc styles and moves the check for mobile device from once to
repeatedly and adds an index top linear dependency on the number of indices for
summaryofindices=onsep and purge outdated variables.
