To install a deb version of the bldndx software, download the deb version desired to some folder on your local computer. Open the linux file browser by selecting menu->places->home folder. In the linux file browser, go to the folder where the deb version of the bldndx software is located. In the file browser, right click on the deb version of the software and select open the deb version of the software with the gdebi-installer program. When you do this, you must be logged in as the primary user on the system and you must enter the primary user login password when prompted to do so. Version 1.4.0 of bldndx adds automatic mobile device detect code and changes the presentation as needed and bldndx changes the ascii bnx16,bnx24 fonts to unicode fonts and bldndx drops the -cell and -indexframes options.
