Bitok 0.3.19.2
fixes issues around startup behavior and peer management.
removed unnecessary optimization initialization when running RPC client commands.
improved address database handling. peers not seen for over 12 hours are purged to avoid wasting connection attempts on stale IPs.
adjusted seed connection logic during bootstrap:
seeds connect immediately when there are fewer than 3 total connections
retry interval reduced to 15 seconds if struggling to connect
seed timestamps are preserved so they remain valid reconnect targets
seeds are only disconnected once there are enough stable non-seed peers
duplicate seed connection attempts are skipped
delayed seed disconnection during initial sync. previously, a large cached address set could cause seeds to disconnect before any blocks were received. the node now waits 60 seconds, or until at least 2 non-seed connections are established, before pruning.
this should make first startup and block download more reliable
