Fixed

• Serve web/API reads from the current local snapshot while backup freshness runs in the background, skip unchanged manifest imports, recycle readers after bulk imports, and avoid the duplicate unscoped Home request before account selection resolves.
• Preserve the original spelling of valid HTTP URLs during backup import so non-canonical but distinct URL-expansion keys round-trip instead of collapsing onto one normalized key.
• Keep common-term FTS timeline searches bounded under Bun's SQLite 3.51 planner by pinning the dense index and join order and capping match preflight work.

Testing and maintenance

• Refresh all direct and transitive dependencies to current stable releases and remediate Hono and nanoid security advisories.
• Add Bun/Istanbul and Node/V8 coverage lanes, dual-runtime installed-package smoke, Playwright against the built Bun production server, and explicit runtime performance metadata.
