Bioweka only works with weka 3.4.19 with Bioweka 0.7.0 ... Step 1 .: Download Weka 3.4.19 sourceforge.net/projects/weka/files/weka-3-4/3.4.19/weka-3-4-19.zip/download 2. extract it , copy weka.jar 3. download bioweka 0.7.0 sourceforge.net/projects/bioweka/files/BioWeka/bioweka-0.7.0/bioweka-0.7.0.zip/download 4. extract it . open the extracted folder 5. goto "lib" folder , then paste the already copied weka.jar file. 6. come back to bioweka folder .. 7. open bioweka.bat for windows , else bioweka.sh for linux .. 8. enjoy
