3.Platform requirements for installation

The program is platform-independent. It was tested in Ubuntu Linux and Windows Vista.

4.Software requirements for installation

The program requires PHP, MySQL and Apache. It was tested using the GO database release 2012-03 in XAMPP for Linux 1.7.1 and 
in WampServer 2.0. The web interface was tested using Mozilla Firefox and optimized to perform with all common web browsers.

5.Data requirements for installation

AGENDA requires the Gene Ontology (GO) database. Download the GO database as a MySQL dump file from the GO Database archive 
(http://archive.geneontology.org/). Create a local GO database in the MySQL server using this dump file. 

6.Download and installation details

Deploy all AGENDA files into the "localhost" directory of your web server (example: "/opt/lampp/htdocs/" for Ubuntu Linux 
and "C:\wamp\www\" for Windows Vista). Fill the connection information for your local GO database in the db_login.php file. 
Check that your web server software is active. Start using AGENDA locally with your web browser at "http://localhost/".

visualization tool.
