BingWallpaper ============= ------- Summary ------- BingWallpaper is an application for Windows desktops that updates the desktop to use wallpaper from bing.com. It doesn't have any extra widgets and therefore is very lightweight and easy to use. The wallpaper is 1920x1200. It also updates the lock screen of the windows desktop. The lock screen image resolution is 1024x768. To enable this feature, open registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\Background . Change value of OEMBackground to 1. -------------------- Installation package -------------------- BingWallpaper\BingWallpaper.exe Main program executable file BingWallpaper\Logs Folder to record errors BingWallpaper\LockScr Folder to download the lock screen images to ---------- How to use ---------- Just launch the BingWallpaper.exe. Make sure you launch it as Administrator. It'll update the desktop wallpaper and lock screen immediately. The program will work in the background and keep downloading a new wallpaper every 4 hours. So as soon as the next one is available from bing.com you'll have it on your desktop. Installer adds shortcut BingWallpaper.exe to Startup menu as well. So it'll be running as soon as you restart your computer without need to manually launch it.
