Binary Bit Map Files

My BBM library is still in early stages of being useful to users. It's real power comes from the fact that I have my laptop set up with all kinds of software to convert between file formats.

I plan to provide documentation on how I use these tools and also eventually how to make use of my functions for other people to be able to write their own software for writing pixels to images.
