This focuser is ASCOM based, you must install ASCOM platform, you can download it at http://ascom-standards.org/.
Before using the focuser you must install the communication driver, you can do it downloading the archive called "COM_DRIVER.zip" and running the setup inside it.
You can install the ASCOM driver and the Toolbox of the focuser by running "BertoFocusX_X_Setup.exe" then following the istruction.

To update the firmware of the focuser download the file FirmwareUpdater and follow the istruction inside it.
To update the driver and the toolbox yuo can simply download the newer version called BertoFocusX_XSetup.exe and reinstall it over the old version already installed on your PC.
