BioDare release consist of 3 elements:
-BioDare: biological data repository in the form of web application project
-DataDescription: software for generation of xml metadata for biological experiments, as a runnable Java application
-DataDescription source.

Both BioDare and DataDescription are provided as complete NetBeans project, and using NetBeans is recommanded for building and deploying the projects.

Detailed instruction for seting up and running BioDare is enclosed in the Intallation.html file inside /doc subfolder of BioDare package.
Users manual are also located in the same folder.
