The bc9Afx package is for the creation of 64bit Unicode applications using the Microsoft Visual C++ compiler only.
Tested with Visual Studio 2015 Community. This needs to be installed on the host system.
All applications created with this package "should" run on all 64bit platforms Vista+.
It has only been tested by me on Windows 10.
