END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
	This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Tresmarck. By opening the software packet, you accept and agree to this agreement. If you do not accept this agreement, you are required to delete/destroy all of the data you receive from your download or return the package, without opening it, to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
TRESMARCK SOFTWARE AGREEMENT
1)	GRANT OF LICENSE. Tresmarck grants you the right to use one copy of the Tresmarck software program in the package on a single terminal connected to a single computer. The SOFTWARE is “in use” on a computer if it is loaded to temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or to a permanent storage device (i.e. hard disk) of that computer. You may not network the software.
2)	COPYRIGHT. The SOFTWARE is owned by Tresmarck and its suppliers and is protected by Republic of the Philippines copyright law and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat this SOFTWARE like any copyrighted material (i.e. a book or a music album). You are not required to make a backup for the installer because the backup is always set in the package after the initial installation. But, you may backup the SOFTWARE without transferring it to another computer.
3)	OTHER RESTRICTIONS. You should not rent or lease the SOFTWARE but you may transfer it and any accompanying materials in a permanent basis provided that you retain no copies and the recipient agrees to the terms of this Agreement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software. You are not allowed to use the name, logos and/or trademarks of Tresmarck and its authors. You are required to agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Tresmarck and its authors from and against any claims and lawsuits including attorney’s fees that arise or result from the use of the software product.

TO DISCLAIMER

•	Tresmarck only gives you a royalty-free right to distribute the source code(s) of its program under circumstances in various situations.

•	Tresmarck and its suppliers and authors are not held liable in any damage to the computer incurred during the use, distribution, and installation.
