This program is pretty simple, you select a battery level and browse to a script file to execute. When the computer is unplugged and the battery level reaches the threshold, a script is executed. This could be used to trigger a network shutdown when you are on a UPS, send email alerts, really anything.
Based on Battery Status Tool code originally written by Mad Dog Apps.
