Changes  

 When Creating Remote Device, the Device Instance Tree node will now again show proper Device Instance if 
     "I Don't know Device Instance" option was selected in the Create Remote Device window.
 Fixed some issues that could cause the application to crash if Object and Property didn't exist when reporting 
     Errors in System Messages Window.
 BACnet Reject and Abort services will now report to the Read Property Display window if they occur.

Fixed the issue where reading display window showed internal property list instead of Object's Property List
Reading Access Rule Object can now be read with ReadProperty Service instead only with ReadPropertyMultiple Service
Member_Of, Belongs_To, Zone_From, Zone_To, Last_Credential_Added and Last_Credential_Removed properties will
     now be decoded as Device-Object-Reference.

     Lookout will now display an error message in the Message Log if it encounters this situations.

Enable/Disable Notification Listener will now correctly save/load.
Input schedul window will not longer close when enter is pressed.
Fixed an issue where Lookout would use 50% of processor time when using MSTP.
Fixed the Setup issue where required folder would not be created during setup on Extended version of BACnet Lookout.
