- Microsoft 365: calendars and contacts — every calendar of an account, each event as an iCalendar file (
.ics, recurring series with their rule), and the contacts and contact folders, each contact as a vCard (.vcf). Outlook, Google and Thunderbird import both. Needs the permissions Calendars.Read and Contacts.Read. - Microsoft 365: SharePoint sites — every document library of each site, with all folders and files, incremental like OneDrive. Back up all sites of the tenant (also sites added later) or only the ones you list. A job can hold only SharePoint, without accounts. Needs the permission Sites.Read.All.
- Choose from the list — the Microsoft 365 job form reads the accounts and SharePoint sites of the tenant and lists them to tick, instead of typing addresses. Accounts without a license (no mailbox, no OneDrive) are marked.
- Saving a job checks the new permissions and the listed sites. Permissions that cover the needed ones (e.g. Calendars.Read.All or the ReadWrite forms) are accepted.
Calendars, contacts and SharePoint need agent 0.35.0 or newer on the agent that downloads.
Releases are signed with the BackupZit release key; consoles verify them before installing.
