Fixes found while verifying 0.33.4 live (self-update, agent updates, bare-metal recovery).

Fixes

• Linux recovery ISO: it mounted every partition while looking for recovery.json and left them mounted, so a bare-metal restore onto the machine's old disk failed with "the disk is in use". It now copies recovery.json to memory and unmounts.
• Windows agent installer: installing the same version again (for example with ENROLLCODE to move a machine to another console after the console had updated the agent) failed with error 1603. The tray app is now closed only when files change. A replaced enrollment is kept as agent.json.replaced-<date>, so a machine can go back to its previous console as the same agent.
• Two machines using one agent: also detected when the copy runs an agent older than 0.33.4 (restored from an older backup); agent updates still reach a held agent.
• Appliance: on consoles where admin's password had been changed before 0.33.4, the screen and the dashboard still mentioned the initial password; the console now forgets it at start once it no longer works.

Releases are signed with the BackupZit release key; consoles verify them before installing.
