Maintenance release for Backdrop CMS. This update contains bug fixes and usability improvements only.

Notes for updating

  • It is not necessary to run the update script (located at /core/update.php) for this release.
  • No changes have been made to the .htaccess, robots.txt or default settings.php files in this release. Updating customized versions of those files is not necessary.

  • Issue #6976: Fixed exposed group filter for date fields in Views.
  • Issue #7129: Fixed multi-file uploads so they apply cardinality limits earlier.
  • Issue #7136: Fixed adding html5_upload to backdrop_merged_modules() list.
  • Issue #7139: Fixed LayoutMissingException that occurred sporadically during upgrades.
  • Issue #7142: Fixed icon_get_all_details() output for consistency.
  • Issue #7144: Fixed placement of "View page" button on Layouts.
