When the official Final Frontier mod came out with Civilization IV Beyond the Sword people were blown away with just how different it was to normal Civ4 (earth became space, cities became solar systems etc) and it played a lot like the popular Master of Orion games. So naturally it wasn’t long before fans started modding the mod to their favourite shows like Star Trek & Babylon 5. This Babylon 5 mod is utterly brilliant. You can play as your favourite younger race in a sandbox game researching technologies for your favourite ships and conquering the galaxy. I’ve been completely addicted to this for days now lol.. sleep what’s that? Playable Shadows & Vorlons aren’t here yet, Babylon 5 itself is still missing and there’s no scenarios based on some of the great conflicts yet but hopefully one day there will be some. Until then you’ve got to conquer the galaxy and tell your own story. If you’re a big B5 fan who likes strategy games then I strongly suggest you check out this mod! Also THIS PROJECT NEEDS YOUR HELP! If you're a B5 fan with artistic or C++ skills please visit the forum & offer your help. Sadly I have neither skills so I volunteered to help PsiCorps with hosting the files and keeping the pages up to date as I'm such a huge fan of the work.
