This release prevents host key harvesting script failures on system startup from leaving instances in a degraded state. The issue was found in https://github.com/aws/aws-ec2-instance-connect-config/issues/28.

Prefixing the systemd.service ExecStart executable path with '-' ignores any error exit codes, and considers them successful, leaving the system in a healthy state. See Table 1 under ExecStart= here: https://www.freedesktop.org/software/systemd/man/systemd.service.html

The AL2 package binary will be added when available, and release description updated when available to pull from package repositories (AL2, Ubuntu).
