Dear Kai, Thank you for writing the Avaya CDR capture tool. It is exactly what we were looking for. A simple tool to capture the CDR data so we can easily consult it when needed. We also use the tool to capture the print output of the scheduled reports. This way we can always look back to see the past setup of the PABX . Regards, Patrick
