The AudQi.exe agent by default attempts to connect to the preconfigured virtual server resolving in DNS as AuditQi using internal credentials. 
Alternatively run the new database creation utility pointing to an existing MySQL server to create an ini file.

The client runs with standard user permissions but is unsigned.
