The admin console require the MySQL ODBC connector and MS Access or if required the MS Access runtime Connector https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/odbc Runtime https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=10910 The version of the connector should be 32 or 64 bit to match the available copy of MS Access.
