AudioTube is a linux alternative to the many YouTube download programs for Windows. It allows you to enter the URL of a YouTube video and the name of the audio file you'd like to save. It does the rest by downloading the video, converting it to .flac (more formats coming in future versions) and deletes the video file. By default it saves to your Music folder inside your home folder.

Version 1: Proof of concept. Only allows downloads, no options for format or download location. Only works on Debian based linux. Tested on Ubuntu 10.04, 12.04, Linux Mint 12, 13
