ARIN RESTful Whois download

Is a simple utility written by Mark T. Vitt to grab ARIN IP Block information for admin research and security.
Its output includes basic WildCard, Netmask, and IP range information. Stores locally in MySql Table. Is currently being used by automated processes for research purposes.

Retrieves and Stores IP Block information from ARIN RESTful Service
Computes Wildcard /NetMask Values
Checks Locally Stored IP info before making RESTful requests (requests are kept to minimum)
Latest Version Adds support for Records with Multiple Network Blocks
Added Admin and Abuse Email Contacts and Cleaned up Output - Version .60
Removed Display of conf file Password - added cflf Constant - Version .61
Fixed issue with ARIN records with Multiple Blocks information having a extra endAddress Tag causing invalid Start and End IP Ranges
Will be Maintained Regularly - Except Screen Shots ;)
