Argunet 2.0
The server has been updated and is now incompatible with older versions of Argunet. If you want to work online, please update your client!
Features
- Argunet files: Local debates are now managed via local argunet files. Hence, it is possible to backup, copy and share debates as easily as other files.
- Old debates will be imported the first time you start Argunet 2.0.
- New alignment tools: Argunet has now a build in layouter (the ColumnBasedLayouter) which automatically layouts argument maps.
- Plugins: It is possible to install Argunet-Plugins. Currently the followings plugins are available:
- YFiles Hierarchical Graphlayouter: advanced layouter to automatically layout an argument-map.
- Argunet Graphexporter: This plugin enables you to export an argument map into different file-formats (such as pdf, jpg, svg and graphml).
Fixes
- Prior the this version colours and groups were not copied between debates, what is fixed now.
- Bugs concerning key-bindings are fixed.
Know issues
- It is not possible to copy and paste bendpoints between argument-maps in a debate or between different debates.
- It is currently not possible to edit bendpoints directly.
- Sometimes the username is not displayed in the debate-view when working on an Argunet-Server.
