- Sometimes there is a need to control some hardware (relais / logic level) by commands sent over a serial communication channel.

- 4 channels (A - B- C -D) are implemented that can be turned on or off individually, or all at once.
- Two interface versions: via USB serial or via RS485 serial that permits serial comms over more link length :-)
