ArchPi - Reborn - XFCE Edition

Requirements

Optimized for the Raspberry Pi 3/3B +

Must use a wired network.

Must have an SD card greater than 4.1GB, 8GB is recommended.

Must have a strong sense of wonder and discovery.

This is based on the ARMv7 base of ArchPi.

Tweaks

Keyring integrity issue corrected.

Custom Repo added for Reborn Modifications

Yaourt did not want to compile, so Yay is used instead

Swappiness is set to 0, modify at your own risk.

No swapfile has been configured (To-Do)

First time login: alarm/alarm

First time root: root/root

There are none. This software may do any, or all, or none of the following

1) Operate.

2) Steal your car.

3) Change the locks on your house.

4) Torment the pets.

5) Organize your various other electronics to rise up in rebellion.

6) Attempt to create the singularity.

7) Not boot at all.

8) Corrupt your SD card.

Getting Started

Download the .img.gz file.

Uncompress. This may take a while.

dd the img file onto to your SD card.

Insert the SD card into your RPi.

Ensure that a network cable, HDMI cable, and mouse/keyboard are connected.

Power on your RPi.

Wait for the OS to boot, enter the first start password.
