Application Blocker got rewritten using VB.NET instead of C#.
Removed About button. Added Options button instead.

About Application Blocker
Requires .NET Framework 4.6 or later.
I'm working on software updater, which will deliver updates.
Known bugs are gone because the program got rewritten.
