  • i tried to install your APDU scanner .. it seems me a great tool to start what i am willing to test .. but . 1) I got this message whenever running any option : I have a simple USB ACR38 reader for belgium Eid Cards.. I get ATR read out with other programs as SCardSoft Scansoft software .. Searching for PC/SC devices... done! I am phonecard collector and I would like to make some prgram to check where the phonecard comes from, the serial number, the Units originally on the card, and the remaining units.. I have a lot of information about this .. but I can't get read the contents from a card . I am not electronician. What i need is a READ-out of the card, get an HEX string, and with that I can go further on.. just i am also novice in this type of electronics, .. but I can program if i have something the hex string .. I can program to uncode the string and do what I wanted to achive .. Can you help me on somewhat ?? what is the APDU code to get the information on a phonecard ? if needed i can send you some chipcards from Holland, belgium, germany thanks in advance for any help, JAN VAN ROSSUM BELGIUM (u can answer in NL, FR, En, or german)
