This web application provides all necessary stuff to manage apartments, renters and contracts, is entirely written in Java and released under the GPL v3.0. You need a Java virtual machine, a Java apllication server, a database server and a web browser to run this software. I develop it with the Oracle OpenJDK, JBoss Application Server, Oracle MySQL Community Editon and Mozilla Firefox on a Linux system but other setups should also work. I guarantee you that you are always able to run it with open source software exclusively indeed.
