The comparison is based on the contents of the files, so the program can find not only almost identical, but similar images. In addition, the program can find images with some types of defects.

Looks like a tool - does nothing what is it? Wasted my time with this one.

1) Самораспаковывающиеся архивы это ужасный пережиток прошлого, уже лет 20 так никто не делает. 2) Нигде не указана лицензия на программу, а в справке вообще указано "бесплатная программа с открытым исходным кодом", что делает её не свободной, а условно-бесплатной с открытым кодом и вот условия использования изучить возможности нет, поэтому она бесполезна для организаций.
