The first release of Anatomy, a Claude Code skill that explains an idea by building it as a real, working object: a crafted, interactive isometric figure in SVG, with WebGL shaders and parts that turn in true 3D when you ask for them.

Install

:::bash
npx skills add wheresryan22/anatomy

The skills CLI needs Node 22 or later. Or download anatomy.zip below and unzip it into ~/.claude/skills. The latest zip is always at https://github.com/wheresryan22/anatomy/releases/latest/download/anatomy.zip

Then ask for a figure, for example /anatomy explain how a hash map handles collisions, interactive.

What's inside

  • The workflow and craft rules in SKILL.md. Every request is sized first (Figure, Hero or Epic) and the estimate is told to you before work starts.
  • The kit: the SVG core, round parts, pipes, the geometry audit, the WebGL layer, React components, and the 3D mode (beta).
  • Eight references and the headless Chrome checks in scripts/.
  • Eight examples, with their built pages committed, so you can open any .html to try it: arcade-cabinet, desk-computer, dial-indicator, raptor-engine, ripple-tank, spot-plate, test-rig and turning-dial.

New since the repository went public

  • examples/arcade-cabinet/: an upright arcade cabinet with its side panel off. A quarter rolls down the coin chute, trips the coin switch, and the CRT warms up into an attract mode (#1).
  • examples/spot-plate/: six pairs of glass drops that run together into one piece of glass as a fan of feeler blades opens.
  • The sizing step at the start of the workflow.
  • examples/test-rig/ now draws its glass button correctly in the light theme.
