The core and UI have the changes:

• make the perference dialog resizable

• add the new plug-in to parse MMS-E format PDU with several bugfixes
• provides __configs__ for debugging purposes
• add the new plug-in to parse the MIDI format
• add the new plug-in for RIFF container

Documents continue to have more contents:

• share the official build version to the generated documents
• track the changes in the generated help files
• enable to load htb and chm help files via the help menu
• patch the generated html files to add the correct anchors that aren't supported by htmlviewer
• changes are included in the build help document
• add an example to work with 3rd party tools
