analyzematrix-X.X-win-dist.zip contains a binary distribution for Windows.
analyzematrix-X.X.tar.gz contains the full source distribution which can
be used to compile binaries for UNIX systems. Several other compressed
tar files are available. These files differ only in the compression
method used.
To compile you will need the following libraries installed:
1) BLAS
2) LAPACK
3) Boost regex
You will also need a Fortran compiler so that the configuration script
can verify binary compatibility with the BLAS and LAPACK routines
in Fortran.
Currently the best way to build the binary yourself on Windows is to do it
on cygwin with the dependencies above installed.
