AnalyseMCMC README The AnalyseMCMC program analyses and plots output from the gravitational-wave parameter-estimation code SPINspiral. AnalyseMCMC is written in Fortran 2003/8 and requires CMake, libSUFR (libsufr.sourceforge.net) and PGPlot or PLplot. At runtime ImageMagick's convert is needed for png output and eps2pdf for pdf output when using PGPlot. PLplot support is only limited, and uses the PG2PLplot code. The idea is to move from PGPlot to PLplot. To run AnalyseMCMC, you need a version of analysemcmc.dat in the working directory, e.g. the directory where the SPINspiral output files (SPINspiral.output.??????.??) sit. Edit analysemcmc.dat with your favourite editor to tell AnalyseMCMC what to do, then run analyseMCMC <input file(s)>. http://analysemcmc.sourceforge.net/ INSTALLATION: For installation instructions, see INSTALL.
