APML Lua is an Application Programming Interface (API) that lets you access AMPL models and run AMPL commands from programs written in Lua programming language.
The practicality of its use and the advantages in gaining speed can be seen and tested by examples provided in the corresponding directory.
The library is meant to be compiled by GNU C++ compiler and is tested only on Linux platforms.
